In a quiet Essex village, inside a centuries old barn resides a surprising sight - two rows of alembic copper pot stills belonging to Dr John Walters, Master Distiller and creator of some of the finest, award winning spirits.
With his small batch methods, attention to detail and enthusiasm to create the perfect product, who better to distil our Queen of The Skies Classic Gin.
At 43.5% alcohol by volume our spirit isn’t weak but it is smooth. Using only the best quality centre portion of the still we guarantee a quality of gin that can be enjoyed neat or with tonic.
Our Classic Gin is described as "a light swirling of clementine and grapefruit on the nose in a sea of juniper with apple notes on the palate, falling to a rich buttery smoothness and a black peppered richness of bay to complete".
Our Gin pays tribute to the 747, its crews, engineers, designers and manufacturers.
"It wasn’t just a Plane. It was an icon, an adventure, a ship of dreams."
